To get started, here we collected useful information for the enterprise users of the Telia IoT Service Portal (Managed IoT Connectivity). 

1. GENERAL ACCESS INFORMATION

URL of the Portal https://iotportal.teliacompany.com/
User name and password

User name is the user's email address. 

Password is sent by SMS or via email. The default password has to be changed upon the user's first login.

2. TELIA IOT SALES - ORDERS / CHANGES TO YOUR AGREEMENT

4. SIM orders & reports

How to order SIMs and create reports

Go to tab Inventory>> Subscriptions >> Order SIMs.

Order SIMs

Go to tab Inventory>> Subscriptions >> Order SIMs. Please fill in the required fields.

  • At the end of the order process you will receive a service request ID (with reference number REQXXXXXXXXX).
  • You will be able to track the status of your SIM order with this request number if you go under Inbox >> Subscription requests.
  • Please make sure that you extend the search period when you look for service requests older than one month.

You find the SIM card information (IMSI, MSISDN, PIN and PUK) / SIM order in a csv report attached to each SIM order request. We call this csv report an IMSI – MSISDN pairing report, as it matches up SIM’s IMSI with its caller ID or MSISDN number.

SIM Reports

To retrieve IMSI-MSISDN pairing report, please log on to the portal and go under Inbox >> Subscription requests.

  • Set the time period to the month when you ordered your SIM cards.
  • Click on the corresponding REQ and scroll to the bottom of the new window until you see the section “Activity Log”.
  • Here you will find the IMSI-MSISDN pairing report for your SIM order in a csv format.

Please download this report for all your SIM orders, as one report only covers those SIM cards, which were contained in a single order.

6. Support

The following topics shall be addressed to Telia’s IoT Customer Support via the portal
  • Report issues regarding user name or password to the Portal
  • Change OR add new SIM delivery address
  • Add new user(s) to the Portal
  • Technical question(s)
  • Technical Incident(s)
  • Address invoice related questions
  • Change the existing billing address
  • Change the method of receiving monthly invoices (per post vs. per e-mail)
  • Request to re-activate terminated SIM cards (re-activation is available max. 3 weeks after termination took effect)

9. Roaming

Telia IoT Service Portal Make sure you have the right roaming profile enabled – based on your order form.
